SharePoint.Expert has a specific scope: document management and approval workflow on SharePoint. We build ShareDoc, run the implementations, and publish the technical guides documenting what we learn.
Our own product
ShareDoc is developed in-house and evolves through real projects. The team implementing it at your company is the team that writes the product - no intermediary between a problem found in the field and the fix in the code.
Deliberately narrow scope
We work on document management and approval automation. Subjects outside that scope - communication intranets, environment support, licensing - are not part of our offering, by choice.
How the guides are made
Each article starts from configurations verified in a real environment and describes observed behaviour, including limits and side effects. We publish the full method, including when the solution needs no product of ours.
Open technical content
The guides here are open and cover solutions using native SharePoint and Power Automate as well as ShareDoc. When the native feature is enough, the text says so plainly.
